Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
- Analyze user requirements, operational procedures, and existing reporting capabilities to optimize data visualization.
- Manage and configure Tableau as an administrator, including cloud resource management, tool and server upgrades, user and access control, and performance tuning.
- Support public health information reporting and ensure compliance with state data standards.
- Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting performance for large-scale datasets.
- Participate in testing, publishing, and promoting reports in collaboration with program staff.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for system enhancements and provide recommendations for improvements.
