Scrum Master
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams through the software delivery lifecycle, employing Agile best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scrum and Project Leadership:
- Manage all phases of Agile project lifecycles, ensuring successful execution.
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles to enhance quality and collaboration.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project impediments effectively.
- Apply effort estimation methods to forecast and monitor project performance metrics.
Project Execution and Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including remote and on-site members, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Ensure clarity in team roles, responsibilities, and expectations, adjusting as necessary.
- Provide continuous feedback, addressing both immediate project concerns and broader professional development.
Continuous Improvement and Capability Building:
- Stay informed about emerging project management trends and best practices.
- Drive initiatives to accelerate production release cycles and improve delivery standards.
- Foster growth within the team through mentoring, personal development, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading Agile projects and managing cross-functional teams, including third-party collaborations.
- Proficiency in applying industry-standard project management tools and methodologies for scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Certifications in Scrum (CSM, CSP) and Project Management (PMP) are preferred but not required.
Hybrid 1 or 2 days a week onsite. Full-time
