JOB DESCRIPTION :
We seek 2 skilled Power BI Developers with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, report / dashboard development, and data modeling using Power BI, along with hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze business requirements, develop insightful reports, and integrate data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other data sources to Power BI.
Develop Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and custom measures to support complex reporting needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance optimization in Power BI reports.
Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to create seamless business process automation solutions.
Work with Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data repositories to manage and manipulate data effectively.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for the adoption of Power BI and Power Platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve data connectivity, performance, and security issues in Power BI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-7 years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and M Language.
Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration from various sources.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in publishing, sharing, and managing Power BI reports and dashboards in Power BI Service.
Ability to write complex DAX expressions and optimize performance.
Familiarity with security is best practices, role-based access, and governance in Power BI.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI Embedded.
Microsoft Power BI and / or Power Platform certifications.
