We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a hybrid assignment working with our Austin, Texas client. This position requires that you are local to the Austin, Texas area. Key Responsibilities : Lead the overall assessment of Client's data reporting infrastructure and toolsConduct stakeholder interviews across business units to understand current state and requirementsCreate detailed documentation of findings and recommendations and roadmapsDevelop As Is and To Be documentation, diagrams, workflows, role and responsibilities matricesPresent recommendations and strategies to executive stakeholdersCoordinate with technical lead to ensure alignment of business and technical requirementsIdentify risks, issues and mitigation strategiesProvide strategic guidance on data governance and security requirementsEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectivesRequirements : 10 years of project management experience with focus on data / analytics assessments and implementationsProven experience with assessments, feasibility studies, business and technical recommendations, strategic roadmaps, and actionable plans.Proven track record leading enterprise data strategy and analytics projectsExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating requirements gathering sessionsStrong background in data governance, data architecture, and analytics platformsPrevious consulting experience with demonstrated client relationship management skillsExperience creating detailed project plans, managing teams and projects.Public sector experience, particularly city / county IT projects preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
