Job Description:
We are seeking an ideal candidate with multifamily maintenance experience and certification as a maintenance technician. The role requires a minimum of 16 flexible hours per week. As part of our compensation package, we offer free rent in our small multifamily community in Huntsville. The candidate is free to maintain another job concurrently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems within the property.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a multifamily residential setting.
- Certification as a maintenance technician preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for a minimum of 16 flexible hours per week.
