Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, managing maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy forecasting, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and prospects, aiming to boost customer satisfaction, increase renewals, drive revenue, and strengthen the community’s reputation.
- Complete administrative tasks and paperwork in accordance with company standards.
- Track and assess advertising efforts and client traffic.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cohesive, high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, fostering engagement and professional growth.
- Drive revenue by analyzing market competition and developing creative marketing strategies.
- Serve as a role model by embodying the core values of Platform Management.
- Supervise the daily operations of the on-site team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain an effective on-site staff through recruitment, interviews, and ongoing coaching.
- Ensure residents' files comply with company standards.
- Promote a positive living environment for residents by resolving conflicts promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage and maintain the community’s overall budget and financials.
- Work with the team to set and achieve goals.
