Job Responsibilities: Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales de su área para cumplir con las necesidades del cliente y corporativo, cumpliendo siempre con los requerimientos de Seguridad, calidad y Productividad. Ser capaz de administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del proceso productivo para cumplir con el programa de producción en tiempo y forma y como resultado cubrir los requerimientos del cliente. Ser capaz de lograr los objetivos establecidos por la organización para garantizar la rentabilidad del negocio. EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera Técnica / Licenciatura / Ingeniería FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 3 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS: - Procesos de Producción - Elaboración de indicadores - Administración recursos (humanos-materiales) - Soldadura básica - Sistemas de Calidad - Módulos que apliquen de ADAM - Proceso de bandas - Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen - Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso - SPC Básico IDIOMAS : Inglés Intermedio Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
