Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Estancia Del Norte Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing front desk operations, driving hotel shuttle, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Drive hotel shuttle
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
