Banquet Set-Up Supervisor - Laidback Luxury in La Jolla

THE JOB:

The Banquet Set-up Supervisor is responsible for supervising the event operations for assigned areas, including set-up and breakdown of events. Supervises the set up of all meeting rooms and event areas to the specifications of the guest. Ensures the correct and timely set-up of all functions.

One year experience as Banquet Houseperson/Event Houseperson Supervisor

Possess a basic knowledge of the banquet department operations.

Ability to serve needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions.

Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have: Experience within a hotel/resort environment.
