THE JOB:
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Guest Experience Coordinator proudly showcases our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Guest Experience Coordinator is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests by handling VIP preparations, managing room inventory, answering phone calls, and fulfilling concierge requests. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests’ stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities are:
- VIP Preparation: Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized and exceptional service by preparing their rooms with special amenities, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring all special requests are met.
- Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
- Room Inventory Management: Oversee and manage room availability, allocations, and reservations to ensure optimal utilization and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, providing timely resolutions and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as needed.
- Maintain and update guest profiles with preferences and special requests.
- Monitor and respond to guest messages and emails.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Requirements
Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations.
Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
An effective communicator, team member, and collaborator.
Minimum two years in hospitality operations and concierge experience and a proven record of delivering “best in class” customer interactions.
InforHMS experience preferred.
Highly responsible & reliable, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
