What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Coordinator position at Estate Five Media?
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting talent in content creation, affiliate linking, platform support, and communications, while generating performance reports, collaborating with brands and agencies, and staying up-to-date on influencer marketing trends.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Affiliate Management
- Provide support to a roster of talent, including but not limited to all content creation needs, affiliate linking, platform support and general communication
Content Creation
- Create personalized content for talent’s affiliate marketing efforts, including but not limited to collages and graphics for newsletters, blog posts and social posts
- Provide content calendar and overall content suggestions with guidance from the corresponding Talent Manager and VP of Agency Relations about both relevant and upcoming campaigns and brand budgets
Affiliate Linking
- Provide product sourcing support and affiliate link generation as per talent instructions and best practices.
- Create a personalized workflow for each talent and provide support with posting and/or drafting content (with log-in access).
- Communications to include email, texting and consistent calls with talent.
Platform Support
- Provide general affiliate platform support and secure log-in management, sharing updates and newness as provided by the corresponding Talent Manager and VP of Agency Relations.
- Provide liaison support to talent’s preferred affiliate networks (i.e. calls with reps, etc.).
Program Reporting
- Generate monthly earnings reports to be sent via email including a high level purview of earnings per affiliate platform, earnings per top and preferred brands (i.e. wishlist brands) and number of posts versus earnings.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with brands and agencies to ensure influencer initiatives are met
- Remain up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of work experience, with at least one (1) year in influencer marketing
- At least one (1) year of experience in affiliate marketing
- Graphic design experience
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
