About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and people leader to first build and lead a high-performing sales team that will implement GTM for all product lines across the business. In this leadership role, you will drive the GTM strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Leadership
- Work with the leadership team to establish an 18-month growth plan to deliver against
- Create and build systems to input and track sales KPIs and go-to-market playbook
- Own the creation and management of Sales GTM process for converting leads across sectors all over the U.S.
- Build, deliver, and coach a product and sales training process
- Hire and mentor a high-performance sales team
- Own Sales Metrics & Reporting for the Sales team
- Work closely with CEO and Marketing Team on iterating and improving the GTM process
- Feedback to the product team for improvements and help shape the product
- Architect a sales function that will be scalable across cycles and company stages
- Work closely with the CPO and CTO is creating client feedback processes from sales efforts to enhance product
- Learn: Our team embodies customer-obsessed value by learning from the front and remaining attuned to our clients’ needs. You will leverage the learnings from their conversations with clients to build processes and programs that help make our clients’ and people’s lives easier.
- Scale: The scale of our ambition is vast, and we are constantly enhancing existing products and offering new products to our suite of Platform services. You will evaluate the competitive landscape, find product-market fit, and make strategic decisions as we strive to offer the best range of services to our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience selling technology and SaaS products into new markets - with experience in creating new markets as a bonus
- Ability to create training processes for sales team onboarding and for client onboarding onto software products
- Knowledge of the financial advisory, financial institution, legal technology marketplaces (bonus)
- Previous management experience and proven ability to build high-performance teams
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and metrics
- Managing deal flow from lead generation to closing using CRM
- Track record of implementing successful revenue operations
- A proven track record of leading a team in identifying and understanding customer pain-points and mapping them to solutions.
