POSITION SUMMARY:
In this position the Account Manager is primary client contact for all jobs in the area.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Management
- Develop production activity calendar
- Review new equipment technology
- Plant, Turf & Tree Health Care (finalize annual agronomic plans, develop selective pruning schedule
- Order fert. & pest products, order premurgent, schedule pre emergent applications
- Schedule Summer aeration
- Maintains familiarity with each job’s specifications and insures compliance.
- Develops and maintains schedules for maintenance work on all jobs.
- Creates routes for crews and coordinates manpower, equipment and materials.
- Monitors and arranges schedules for irrigation system on job sites.
- Monitor and arrange schedule for pest control and fertilization.
- Manages equipment needs and sees that all equipment in the area is properly maintained.

Personnel Development (if not a dedicated operations supervisor)
- Screens, hires and terminates employees within their area.
- Evaluates performance of foreman and makes recommendations regarding wages.
