Estate Landscaping, one of Southwest Florida’s fastest-growing and highest-rated family-owned lawn care companies, is seeking a reliable, highly organized Pest Control Technician with experience in lawn pest control to join our team. In this role, you'll manage your own route and be responsible for a variety of essential tasks including fertilizing, pest control treatments, and the safe handling of materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated route and carry out lawn care services such as fertilizing, spraying, and pest control treatments
- Safely load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Follow proper mixing and application processes
- Work independently while adhering to company standards and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lawn technician
- Ability to identify lawn pests and common lawn issues is a significant plus
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling equipment like spreaders
- Strong understanding of pesticide mixing and application processes
- Excellent record-keeping skills for all services provided
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screening
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability for a Monday-Friday workweek
Preferred Qualifications:
- L&O License preferred
- Experience with driving/towing a utility trailer is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
