A Look into Your Role:
As a Dredge Assistant, you’ll be integral to our dredging operations, playing a key role in the restoration of pond ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining dredge machinery, handling dredge bags, and preparing materials necessary for each project. You’ll also perform manual labor tasks such as setting up equipment and ensuring the work site is properly prepared. Working closely with the team, you’ll help remove silt to restore the ecological balance of ponds, gaining specialized skills and valuable experience in the process..
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in manual labor or construction work preferred
· Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery or equipment preferred
· Basic knowledge of dredging operations or willingness to learn on the job
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials
· Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
· Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and environments
