Job Description
We seek an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and related areas of law.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel on estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianship and conservatorship, and related areas of law.
- Draft estate plans from start to finish.
- Experience in Guardianships and Conservatorships is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care planning laws and regulations is essential.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- A law degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
- Prior experience in estate planning and probate is desirable.
