Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting with an emphasis on accountants receivable
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Utilize accounting software and financial software to streamline bookkeeping processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial concepts that impact business operations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general ledger reconciliation techniques.
