Responsibilities
• Provide direct routine care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager
• Participate in the development and modification of resident care plans, implementing interventions as delegated by the RN or physician
• Collect and analyze health data, reporting changes and responses to interventions to the Registered Nurse
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff, assessing their knowledge, skill, and capabilities
• Perform all nursing activities to support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
