Job Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents in all activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed nurses or AL Clinical Managers. This includes providing basic nursing care, personal care, and restorative services according to individual care plans.
CNAs work as part of an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, autonomy, and overall well-being of residents. They must be able to communicate effectively and understand the mental health and social service needs of residents.
This role requires current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, as well as the ability to speak and write English clearly.
