At Estates at Delano, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our tenants receive the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living.
Under the supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence, autonomous decision-making, and facilitate residents to achieve and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, as well as the ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
About This Role
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
