Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift Availability: Full-time or Part-time AMs (6a-2:30pm) or PMs (2p-10:30pm), with shift differentials available for PMs ($1.75/hour) and NOCs ($2.00/hour).

About the Job:
The LPN is responsible for providing residents with high-quality direct routine care, under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager and in accordance with the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards, the Resident's Bill of Rights, and the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
The LPN participates in developing and modifying the resident Plan of Care, implementing interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician.
The LPN collects resident health data and compares it to normal findings and established current health status, reporting changes and/or responses to interventions in an ongoing manner to the RN.
The LPN assigns and monitors nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff through assessment of their knowledge, skill, and capabilities, clarifying expectations, addressing behaviors, or escalating as needed.
All nursing activities are performed to support residents in achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
