Key Responsibilities:
The LPN will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents under the supervision of an RN or AL Clinical Manager
- Developing and modifying resident Plans of Care
- Implementing interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
- Collecting health data and reporting changes and/or responses to interventions to the RN
- Assigning and monitoring nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
