Estate at Rush City is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to fill the position of Nurse Manager. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Currentr registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
- Successful completion of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for healthcare providers
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
