Job Title: 360 Marketing Assistant Manager, Jo Malone London Aramis North America
Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager for Jo Malone London and Aramis NA. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate across functions, and contribute to key marketing decisions. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy (40%)
- Lead the execution of category forecasting, product assortment strategies, and mix of business (MoB) management and analysis, ensuring alignment with overarching brand goals and budget constraints.
- Drive key decisions across cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and meet launch objectives, delivering high-impact programs that directly contribute to category success.
- Contribute to setting product strategy with a focus on growth and long-term brand equity, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer demands.
Consumer and Competitive Insights (18%)
- Be at the forefront of data collection and competitive intelligence, providing actionable insights that drive decisions for product innovation and market positioning.
- Generate and communicate weekly POS reports, monthly NPD reports, and additional insights from industry journals and social reports, ensuring these insights directly impact go-to-market strategies.
- Use insights to recommend adjustments to product positioning, marketing tactics, and overall brand strategy, supporting both short- and long-term growth.
GTM Strategy (15%)
- Execute the full 360-degree marketing strategy for New Product Launches (NPL) and core animations, ensuring a seamless experience from concept through execution.
- Play an active role in refining pricing, messaging, positioning, and content strategy, with a focus on enhancing brand perception and generating consumer excitement.
- Collaborate with global teams to help optimize O O assets and ensure alignment with brand standards, playing a key role in merchandising, review generation, and sampling.
Trade Marketing (10%)
- Partner with the commercial team to lead the execution of account-specific events, VM, and sampling programs, using data-driven insights to drive demand generation and elevate brand presence.
- Serve as the go-to expert for assigned accounts, understanding specific needs, challenges, and best practices to maximize results at the retail level.
- Leverage knowledge of global best-in-class tactics to innovate and push boundaries in retail marketing.
Visual Merchandising (10%)
- Lead the creation of visual merchandising briefs and ensure alignment with brand strategies and sales goals for both online and offline executions.
- Proactively manage timelines and production processes to ensure that all VM initiatives are executed flawlessly, driving demand and consumer engagement.
Integrated Marketing (Paid, COOP Earned) (5%)
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies across paid, earned, and co-op channels, ensuring tactical alignment with overarching marketing goals.
- Evaluate campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes across all channels.
Team Development (2%)
- Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members, including coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience in luxury beauty or CPG brands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing, merchandising, and consumer insights in luxury beauty.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Leadership potential to mentor junior team members.
- Passionate about innovation and career advancement in the beauty industry.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
