Lead Go to Market and Retail experience strategies, briefing, planning, and deployment soliciting input from cross functional teams such as Product Marketing, Global Communications, Education, Online, social media, Events, VM and Consumer Insights.
About Your Responsibilities
Global Go to Market Executions
· Develop and own comprehensive 360° support programs behind all key launches and re-supports across multiple touchpoints – on time and within budget.
· Leads and aligns cross functional teams in messaging, working closely with product marketing and copy teams, leading 360-degree alignment meetings.
· Ownership of go to market toolkit release asset strategy documents.
· Leads video strategy, adapting to a growing priority of Artistry content as well as developing guidelines for local content creation.
· Responsible for bringing new ideas to drive deeper consumer engagement strategies at counter by looking to other luxury categories and retail formats for inspiration.
· Acts as liaison with Creative team to align on asset needs, streamlined processes, budget prioritization.
Digital Engagement and Activation
· Oversee dedicated resource to develop specific activations optimized for driving digital engagement across all points of the consumer journey, aligned with key brand claims and messages in ways to bring them to life in order to both attract new consumers as well as enrich existing consumers in order to drive repurchase and retention.
· Elevate brand and hero product storytelling across all digital platforms and develop fresh and engaging campaign execution opportunities to deepen consumer affinity and loyalty, while attracting new consumers to Bobbi Brown.
· Perform competitive analysis, bringing innovation and new technologies/ideas to Bobbi Brown in order to maintain excellence in execution.
· Provide support and communication with media agency partnerships to enhance campaigns and optimize ROI.
Campaign performance analysis to track and improve effectiveness
· Partner with Corporate Digital Analytics & Insights to collect and analyze campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
· Tweak and pivot campaigns, if necessary, based on ongoing analysis.
· Execute tweak and analyze campaigns and their performance within the context of social listening, digital brand studies, and market research.
Leverage key insights gleaned from a refined analytics practice to inform decisions
· Utilize analytics throughout function to accomplish strategic goals.
· Use data to inform decision-making for strategy development and adjustments as necessary.
· Track platform engagement and effectiveness through appropriate analytical tools.
Global Retail Experience
Drive the strategy of our brand's omnichannel and retail marketing strategy ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional and immersive experiences at our retail locations.
Finance and Budget Management
· Track and assign budget investment priorities based upon key departmental objectives.
· Track fluid on-the-go budget spend framework informed by real time campaign performance analysis that minimizes ineffective spend and maximizes ROI.
· Track marketing ROI by optimizing content and channel marketing investments.
Leadership
· Lead Go to Market team of 4, providing opportunities for growth and development.
· Coaching, mentoring, and training PA, PMA, and summer interns throughout the year.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
