We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in New Home Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring effective execution of sales plans in the field.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new client acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
