Estella is looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who have a strong, high-volume background. Our organization is growing, with 2 new concepts opening annually. Growth opportunities include AGM, GM, skilled Operating roles company wide. We are seeking candidates who truly want to be apart of a team, contributing every single day to our mission.
Qualifications
- 1 years of FOH supervisor or manager experience
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide quality guest experience by managing all areas of the daily operation
- Hiring and training of employees specific to your department
- Work closely with the procurement manager on purchases and inventory
- Create innovative ideas and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the program
- Weekly 1 on 1 meeting to review Prime with the Food & Beverage Director
- Creates marketing opportunities through outreach and event opportunities
- Monitors the venues beverage policies and procedures
