What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMHP-A Needed for ACT Program position at Estelle's Professional Community Services?
In this position, you will be a part of a team that goes out into the community, providing mental health support services to adults who live with serious mental illnesses. This is an hourly full-time position where you will be working mostly Monday through Friday and on occasion on a weekends depending on planned events and outings. You will be responsible for completing treatment plans and daily progress notes.
