Join our team! We are accepting applications for full-time commercial construction superintendent to meet our projects’ needs for 2025. As an Estes superintendent you will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction on projects and enforce company and project policies, maintain customer interface and ensure our projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Safety is of the utmost importance; it is the duty of every superintendent to ensure a clean and safe work environment. An Estes superintendent will also lead, mentor, assign the work of all employees on the project site.
On average you will manage 2-5 multi-million-dollar construction projects per year. The projects are completed in multiple industries including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational and are both new building construction and historical renovations.
Skills & Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum of six years industry experience.
- Proficient in hand tools and power tools.
- OSHA 10 hour.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel.
