We are looking for a full-time commercial construction estimating specialist . As the estimating specialist you will be responsible for executing takeoff, estimating, and assembly of deliverables, providing advocacy, leadership, value, and responsiveness in collaboration with internal and external teams. With confidence and professionalism, the Estimating Specialist assembles budgets and proposals, and with an understanding of client expectations, provides creative solutions and smart choices, along the pathway to a remarkable experience. This person will complete proposals for up to $10,000,000 in value, as well as providing support in similar activity to Pre-Construction Managers in larger project teams.
This position may be filled as a pre-construction manager based on the candidates experience.
Skills & Qualifications include :
- 1-3 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
