Our senior contracts specialist is responsible for negotiating contracts, analyzing insurance requirements, and other contractual agreements for the organization. They mitigate risks by ensuring the interests of the organization are safeguarded. This individual will serve as a resource to staff to provide contracts counsel and support.
Skills and Qualifications include:
- Requires AA Degree or 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Understanding of commercial insurance, builders risk and bonds
- Knowledge of construction or other contracts
- Excellent customer service skills needed as is cooperative teamwork
