Please note this is an early morning shift 4am-1230 pm. must have your own transportation. Specialty Retail stores in the MSP International Airport since 1987 is seeking a talented candidate to work 4am-1230 pm opening the store and money bag set up. A Senior Store Leader to assist the manager in overseeing the store and its operations, workers and customer service flow. The Senior Store leader with be be responsible for helping customers select items in our stores including suggesting gifts, pointing out any sales items, asking questions to help them pick out the best merchandise to make the customers experience enjoyable. Your other job tasks will include, training and coaching your employees, providing leadership during your scheduled hours and being a mentor to others. You will demonstrate an excellence in helping your employees adhere to company policies and procedures through out the scheduled shift. You will work with merchandise and inspect each store for visual presentation. You will get to know products and stock appropriately for the store as needed.

Primary functions of the Senior Store Leader will include: also we have regular openings 4am-12 must have your own transportation to the Minneapolis St. Paul airport as public transportation does not run this early. Also, you must be able to pass a criminal background check please do not apply if you cannot pass a criminal background check or have a valid ID.
- Providing direction and feedback to workers during shifts, scheduling and assigning shifts and job duties
- Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences. Train, coach and mentor your employees
- Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
- Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed, address and problem solve if needed customer issues or complaints
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment, and work to resolve conflict if any between employees
- Must be able to move, stand, bend and lift as needed.
- High school graduate is preferred
