Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
- Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Engage in team events according to team guidelines
- Dedicate time to monthly one-on-one coaching, weekly training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers and successfully convert consultations into listings
