Duties And Responsibilities

• Help implement network and device security monitoring system (SIEM)
• Help to develop and implement IT security policies and procedures
• Execute internal and external vulnerability assessments for both on-premises and cloud environments
• Make recommendations for mitigations based on vulnerability assessments
• Additional web application development as time permits
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of networking, security, Window, Linus, cloud infrastructure, database, application, hardware, SNMP, agents, etc
• Knowledge of NIST frameworks is a plus (NIST-800-53 rev 5)
• Basic understanding of tools like OpenVAS, Nmap, Metasploit
• Basic understanding of Node.js, Javascript, Python, SQL
  
  

Housing will be provided for the duration of the internship for non-local hires

Compensation: $18.00/hour
