We are seeking a dedicated and reliable rental property cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that rental properties are thoroughly cleaned and well- maintained for new tenants or guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock essential supplies.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of garbage.
- Report any maintenance or damage issues to the property manager.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team when needed.
- Cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Flexible and able to work with tight schedules, particularly between tenant turnovers. (10am-3pm)
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation: Must be able to drive to multiple properties as needed.
- Pass a drug test: All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently under time constraints.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
