Description :
- Perform routine maintenance for commercial systems.
- Applicant needs to have a working knowledge of HVAC equipment parts / components
- Must be able to reclaim / recover refrigerant, check pressures, pull vacuums and add refrigerant (split systems and RTU's)
- Experience with RTU start-up, checking rotation, etc
- Experience needed with equipment troubleshooting and repair on different types and brands of equipment
- Must have knowledge / experience working with low voltage controls, (thermostats, sensors, smoke detectors, equipment control boards, etc). Must be able to read wiring diagrams.
- Good communication skills to educate customers effectively in regards to the explanation of repairs, charges and / or other available products / services.
- Work closely with dispatcher and other team members in a professional and efficient manner.
- Complete invoices, time sheets, and other paperwork as required.
- Ability to work as a team member and as an individual. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Respond to emergency calls as required, on call rotation.
