Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and expertise in operating a dozer and potentially other clearing and grading equipment in various settings and terrains.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain bulldozers; and potentially excavators, mulchers, skid steers, rollers, etc.
- Perform tasks including digging, grading, mulching, and earthmoving
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation or related fields.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus, highly prefer candidates hold a CDL
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols compliance
