Regular Position Hours:
Tues-Thurs 4p-8p with other shifts as assigned.

- The ability to calmly multi-task is essential. There are often people checking in, multiple people waiting to check out, and the phone is ringing all at the same time.

Some responsibilities may include:
- Warmly greeting clients as they arrive.
- Assisting the client with selections and purchases.
- Knowledge of skincare lines and ability to educate client on how to use.
- Answer the phone in friendly and helpful manner.
- Converts new inquiries to appointment.
- Maximize schedule efficiency and coordinate flow.
- Collect payments, fees, and credits.
- Assist customers with retail shopping and purchases.
- Ensuring the client checkout process is completed accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld to give our clients the best experience possible.
- Maintain retail area and display appearance
- Keep the reception, waiting, and retail areas clean and organized.
- Handling any customer concerns with empathy and grace.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure that the business reaches its service and retail revenue goals.
- Manage and assist with marketing campaigns, marketing partners, event planning and patient loyalty programs.
- Manage and assist with company web site, social media accounts including content creation for social media marketing.

We are looking for a positive, energetic, detail-oriented, can work well under pressure and a quick learner for reception! We are hoping to find a candidate that is driven and highly motivated with a customer service background. Strong computer skills are essential. We use many web-based computer programs in this role and you need to be able to learn them quickly and intuitively. Example of programs used: Asana, GroupMe, ADP, Aesthetic Record, Shopify, Google Docs, Brilliant Distinctions, Aspire, CareCredit, Word, Excel, and more.
Only candidates with long-term consistent work history will be considered.
Position will include Saturday and evening shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
