Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the staff working the evening or night shift, ensuring they complete their tasks efficiently.
• Handle any customer issues or complaints that arise during the shift, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee restocking and ensure that all shelves are stocked and presentable for the next day.
• Manage the cash registers, ensure proper cash-out procedures, and deposit the day’s earnings in the safe.
• Ensure the store is securely closed, including locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring the safety of the store and staff.
• Supervise the cleaning of the store, making sure all areas are tidy and ready for the next day’s business.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including sales reports, and communicate any important information to the store manager.
• Address any issues that may arise during the shift, such as staffing problems, technical issues, or emergencies.
