Esther’s School is a private, non-denominational Christian, accredited K-12 school with 8 campus locations throughout central Florida and now opening our first campus in South Carolina. Esther’s School specializes in offering an inclusive, customized learning environment for its students. Because of the individualized consideration given to the needs of each student, Esther’s School excels in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for both mainstream students as well as students with special needs.
We are growing quickly and are in need of a Classroom Aide. This is a full time position. Classroom Aides are responsible for assisting the classroom Teacher in all aspects of the school day.
Duties for this position include:
- Demonstrate a positive, patient attitude in working with children
- Assist in behavior management
- Participate in in-service programs, training and professional meetings as requested
- Work collaboratively with Teacher, Peers, Parents, and other staff to improve services for students
- Provide a safe classroom environment
- Assist with cleaning of classroom
- Other duties as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent required.
All offers of employment subject to successful completion of a Level II background check and reference check. Candidates must agree with Esther's School's Statement of Faith and exemplify a positive, Christian role model to students, parents and co-workers, both on and off campus.
