Mission:

• To perform professional full body waxing services, ensuring each client feels comfortable and satisfied.
• Demonstrate top-notch communication skills to provide a welcoming and informed experience.
• Provide customized waxing treatments for a diverse clientele.
• Maintain an 80% pre-book rate with clients and grow our waxing services by 35% in one year.
• Sell retail products to every client, capture content for social media, and recommend aftercare treatments.
• Have a thorough understanding of our service menu and be able to explain each waxing service in detail.
• Take and post social media content daily of various in-clinic treatments and be prepared to talk and show your face on our socials to share daily announcements.

Outcome:

• Grow revenue specifically from waxing services.
• Achieve a 50% product-to-service ratio per day.
• Write up client notes immediately after each service in their online profile and follow up with every client 24 hours post-appointment.
• Keep photos of clients (where applicable) before and after each waxing treatment (with or without social media consent).
• Participate in continuing education classes provided by the company, including online programs, in-person events, and on-site training.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including thorough cleaning between clients and deep cleaning protocols at the end of each day.
• Restock your waxing station at the end of every shift.
• Assist at the front desk, help with inventory, and keep common areas clean when there are no clients.

Requirements:

Technical:

• Proficient in performing full body waxing services.
• Ability to assess and recommend the best waxing services and retail aftercare products.
• Strong sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe waxing environment.
• Sales skills with upselling, retail, and high-value services.
• Base understanding of skincare as it relates to waxing aftercare.

Educational:

• Must have a current and active Esthetician, Waxing or Cosmetologist License in NYS.
• Must have independent beauty insurance (ASCP).

Physical:

• Must be able to perform up to 12 waxing services per day.
• Prolonged periods of standing and bending over.
• In-studio 3 days per week, including 3 Saturdays per month.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Skills and Tools:

• Proficient in Instagram (Reels, Stories, etc.), TikTok, Facebook, Google Mail Docs.
• Comfortable speaking and showing your face on social media daily.
• Must have a working smartphone.
