Sales Engineer

We provide one-stop computer design and manufacturing services to clients, including ID design, prototyping, board layout, mechanical design, LCD and touch screen configuration, testing and certification, and software.

We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer who will work with our sales team to provide technical advice throughout the sales process. In this position, you will also provide engineering support to clients during the product developing phase.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with sales team to assess, clarify and validate customer’s needs and requirements during the early engagement with customer
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to prospective customers
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess customers’ technical issues.
• Demonstrate products and features to customers
• On-site technical support to clients when needed
• New technology research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, prefer electronic engineering or computer science.
• 5 years of professional experience in computer and electronic product development.
• Extensive knowledge of the computer’ hardware and functions and must understand the scientific processes that make these products work
• Extensive software experience of computer OS
• Excellent communication skills
• Available for travel within states
