What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at ESTP?
This is a Temporary position that can become a long-term role.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will be trained on tasks specific to our office and industry – we’re looking for a quick learner with a professional, approachable personality and the desire to contribute to and grow with our firm long term.
Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Create contacts, upload files and note expenses in firm software program.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, faxing, monitoring firm e-mail and other duties as necessary/assigned.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
