Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment. This is a temp-to-perm position. Looking for the right person for a long-term commitment.
Duties:
- Coordinate projects and manage calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide clerical support including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing office supplies
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in administrative roles
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other office software
-Customer Service Oriented
-Creative mindset
-Billing entry experience preferred but not required
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
