What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at ESTP?
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Tech position here in Bradenton. Ideal candidate should have experience with all areas of facility maintenance experience including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and being able to scout for a new warehouse or project.
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Team Member, to take care of our building and carry out technical cleaning and maintenance. Do you have experience in electrical and HVAC,? If so, this position might be for you.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition, utilizing your electrical, plumbing, HVAC skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Injection Molding/manufacturing maintenance preferred.
- Electrical/HVAC experience needed.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Requirements and skills
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
