What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance Technician position at ESTP?
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks including electrical, plumbing , hvac, groundskeeping, carpentry, repairing walls, doors and windows.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45AM - 4:15PM
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion - Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Equipment
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC maintenance
- Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
- Groundskeeping
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
