The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of electrical or construction products.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Assist clients in selecting products, providing pricing, and offering technical support.
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately using CRM and ERP software.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance using sales software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and ongoing construction projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical, fiber optic, or commercial construction industries.
- Knowledge of electrical or fiber optic products and their applications is a BIG plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
