Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, tooling, and assembly processes, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery including milling machines, lathes, and presses to produce components according to specifications.
- Assemble parts and components using precision tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the production process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of tooling processes, assembly techniques, and quality control standards is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
