The Marketing and Sales Coordinator helps with the company’s marketing and communication efforts. This role aims to increase brand awareness. This position provides many chances to build skills in market research, branding, project management, and field sales support. You will also work with Infor CRM data management, basic order entry, and key client interactions. It is critical that this individual be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position develops, executes, tracks and measures sales and sales initiatives, including key account sales and marketing activities. Marketing sets the business plan(s) for sales to follow.
This job will help the President manage daily marketing tasks. It will involve working with project coordinators in the UK and outside resources.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet time-sensitive priorities. Must maintain the ability to remain flexible, according to changing priorities. Persistence when encountering obstacles to keep project moving to completion. Consistently show respect for colleagues at all levels to contribute to a positive work environment.
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play an important role in keeping key customers happy. They will quickly resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products and services.
**Duties:**
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously, utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and requests, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize computerized systems to track and manage customer interactions, including data entry and updating customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with our UK marketing team with consistent advertisements, national/regional conference(s) and online presence.
- Provide key client services by offering personalized assistance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, handling customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with customers, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner outlining promotions, price changes, new product launches, etc.
- Enter and keep accurate customer data. Make sure all records are complete and up-to-date, including the client database in our CRM system.
- Ensure the online face of the company is accurate and well represented. This includes pricing, product descriptions, all products in our portfolio are represented, website accessibility and navigation is sensible and user friendly. This objective is coordinated with our UK web team.

Typical Position Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing or related field.
Previous Experience:
- 5 years experience in a marketing role or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in marketing or a related field.
- Digital marketing experience desired
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social and digital
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create summaries or reports
