Duties

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Skills
- Life science industry experience highly preferred
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in inside sales as well as direct and outside sales strategies.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and building rapport with potential customers.
